Where it draws the line

CallLatch never quotes a spring job, diagnoses the failure, or tells anyone to keep operating a damaged door. The lines it will not cross:

• No prices on the phone unless they come from your rate book.
• No advice to disassemble anything. A door with a broken spring is flagged "do not operate," and the caller hears to leave it alone.
• Windows are held as requests with the confirmation expectation set on the call - never presented as booked appointments.
• A door that fell or hit someone: the caller is told to call emergency services first if anyone is hurt, then the call ends politely.
